This weeks Topeka Treasure is from Special Olympics Kansas. On February 2nd, the annual Polar Plunge will take place at Lake Shawnee. Sean Kelly from the Majic Morning Show will be taking part and he wanted to get some advice on how to brave the cold temps.

That is where Detective Kristi Powell of the Topeka Police Department and Josh Alters, an ambassador with Special Olympics Kansas came in and talked to them about the event.
