The United States is known to be a hard-working country. We have put in long hours, never take any of our vacation days and we tend to send emails while we are behind the wheel (which I would NEVER condone).
Now we get to find out which state is the hardest working. According to Wallethub, the hardest working state is Alaska. Next is North Dakota and in third is Wyoming.
Where did Kansas rank? They are one of the top ten hardest working states! They came in at number ten, right behind Virginia.
So who is the least hardest working or “laziest” state? That honor goes to Michigan. Rhode Island is second and Virginia is third.
Many factors came into play in determining the list. Those include the number of hours someone works in a week, the employment rate of the state, commute time and other factors. It is nice to see Kansas high on the list, and that is something you should be proud of!
