March 28th is National Respect Your Cat Day! However, a survey shows we might respect them too much:
1. 64% of people would rather enjoy a night at home with their cat than their significant other.
2. 37% say their cat understands them better than most of their actual human friends
3. 40% would rather hang out with their cat than their friends.
4. 80% say they understand their cat’s different meows.
5. One in five people use their cat as an excuse to not do other things with other people.
