Resolve To Be Grateful This Year

Happy New Year! Here’s to 2018, and giving it the best start we can! Try this idea to relish and remember happy moments, and those for which we’re grateful:

  • Start the year off with an empty jar. Each week, write one good thing that happened to you on a piece of note paper and drop it in the jar.
  • On New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2017), empty the jar and read about all the good things that did happen over 52 weeks!
  • Or, pull out a few notes anytime throughout the year when you’re feeling a little down in the dumps. Looking back on all the things for which you are grateful is a sure-fire way to bring more joy to your life in 2018
