We’ve all been there, I’m willing to bet: 81% of weekday workers get the Sunday Night Blues. That’s according to a poll by Monster.com. So if that’s you (or your significant other!), try this:
Don’t ignore your mounting work anxiety. Instead, let a little of the pressure off by spending 10 minutes on emails – or 10 minutes doing anything work-related – before Sunday dinner. Psychology professor Dr. Thomas Joiner says that may reduce your anxiety and help you enjoy the rest of your Sunday night!
