Pools Open May 25, Spray Parks Already Open

Dornwood Spray Park and Jackson Spray Park have already opened their gates, welcoming families since May 10. These vibrant oases provide a delightful escape from the heat, complete with water jets, fountains, and plenty of giggles. Here’s what you need to know:

    • Hours of Operation: Daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Jackson Spray Park:
    • Location: SE 8th and Lake

On May 25, Shawnee County Parks + Recreation will officially open its aquatic centers and pools. Here’s where you can make a splash:

    • Admission: Age 2-12: $6, Adults: $7, Under age 2: Free
  • Midwest Health Aquatic Center
    • Hours: Noon-7 p.m. daily

  • Shawnee North Family Aquatic Center
