Ghosts, goblins and ghouls – friendly ones at that – are about to take over the Topeka Zoo for Boo at the Zoo! For many families, Boo at the Zoo has become a tradition. This annual event, touted as the LARGEST Halloween event in Topeka, draws over 6,000 children each day. This year’s event is expected to be even bigger as we continue to celebrate with two days—Saturday, October 19th and Saturday, October 26th. Both events will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center.

Dressed in their favorite Halloween costume, families will visit various trick-or-treat stations collecting candy and trinkets from various vendors. Animal activities, bounce houses, games, and more, round out a frightfully fun day that provides a safe trick-or-treating alternative to the traditional trick or treating experience.
