Celebrate the 4th with the Spirit of Kansas

Topeka’s Annual 4th of July Festival is just around the corner, and it promises to be a day filled with excitement, music, and fun for the whole family! Whether you’re a local or visiting from out of town, this event is not to be missed! Here’s what you need to know:

Opening Ceremonies:

  • The festivities kick off at approximately 11 am.
  • Festival will be held at Reynolds Lodge, on Lake Shawnee.
  • Admission is free.

Festival:

  • From 11 am until 8 pm, the festival grounds will resonate with music from local artists.
  • Don’t forget to bring your shade tents, blankets, chairs, and coolers.
  • Entertain yourself with food trucks and other vendors available.

Fireworks:

  • As the sun begins to set, the real magic happens. After the music wraps up, the fireworks show is set to begin, sponsored by Capitol Federal.
  • Tune in to Majic 107.7 to listen to the firework show soundtrack!
