Congratulations to Karen Lee! She teaches math at Seaman Middle School. She is our latest Crystal Apple Award winner. See her nomination letter below:

Karen Lee won a Crystal Apple Award with her name on it, a prize pack from Prairie Band Casino and Resort and Seaman Middle School is now in the running for a $1,000 donation!

Tell us about someone that deserves to be honored by using the form HERE. Each month, we select one educator to honor on-air and online. Monthly winners will receive an overnight stay at Prairie Band Casino & Resort, $100 to Three Fires Steakhouse, $25 Embers Bar & Grill and $25 in Prairie Cash.

Then, once a year, we select a grand prize winner. Our next teacher of the year will be selected in January of 2022. That winner will receive a $1,000 donation to their school, plus $100 in Prairie Cash, $25 to Ember’s Bar & Grill, an overnight stay at Prairie Band Casino & Resort, and $100 to Three Fires Steakhouse.
