Topeka Zoo’s Annual event – Boo At The Zoo will continue this year with new and different activities, including pumpkin feedings to some of their favorite animals.
Grab your tickets for October 17th, 24th or 31st events from 9am to 3pm! Like every year, guests are encouraged to wear costumes. Even in a pandemic we can have fun at Boo at the Zoo.
The Topeka Zoo is working with the Shawnee County Emergency Manager to make sure Boo at the Zoo is conducted in a safe way during the pandemic. In order to do this, they are requesting that all guests, including FOTZ members, coming to Boo get online tickets prior to coming to the event. Online tickets for FOTZ members are free of charge. For the October 17 Boo event, they will only be issuing 500 tickets per hour between 9:00 and 3:00. Priority entrance will be given to people with advance tickets prior to those purchasing tickets the day of. During the event, guests will be directed in a single directional path. Once capacity has been reached, a new guest will only be allowed to enter after another guest has left. To prevent people from bunching up, the number of outside vendors is being limited.
