Kelly Clarkson recently said in an interview that for her, being a mom “Wine is necessary”. Kelly said, “Kids are challenging. Wine is necessary. They’re great though. They teach me.”  Kelly and her husband Brandon Blackstock have 2 kids, River Rose who is 3 and 21 month old Remington Alexander. Brandon also has 2 children from a prior marriage.

Before the Golden Globe Awards, she posted her first episode of a new YouTube series, “Minute + A Glass of Wine,” named after an upcoming song title. She sipped on red wine, talked about her kids and about how she hoped to meet Meryl Streep…which actually happened later that night at the awards! Kelly will join season 14 of The Voice as a coach and we are so excited and looking forward to it!
