Happy New Year! Here’s to 2018, and giving it the best start we can! Try this idea to relish and remember happy moments, and those for which we’re grateful:
- Start the year off with an empty jar. Each week, write one good thing that happened to you on a piece of note paper and drop it in the jar.
- On New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2017), empty the jar and read about all the good things that did happen over 52 weeks!
- Or, pull out a few notes anytime throughout the year when you’re feeling a little down in the dumps. Looking back on all the things for which you are grateful is a sure-fire way to bring more joy to your life in 2018
