Doorstep, Inc will hold their annual Operation Soup Line Wednesday, February 22nd from 11 a.m to 7 p.m. Event will be held at Kansas Expocentre’s Ag Hall.

Chili, Chicken Tortilla or Portuguese Green Soup + Dessert & Drink

Cost: Adults, $10. Children 12 & under, $5.

Lunch delivery is available on orders of 10 or more. Call 357-5341. Preorders should be placed by February 20th.

This fundraising event also features an auction of themed baskets, local entertainment, and local celebrity servers. The Majic Morning Show (with John Lee Hooker, Mike Manns and Angie Stevens) will serve from 11:30-12:30.

Funds raised benefit Doorstep, Inc. Doorstep is a non-profit organization that helps Topekans and our neighbors survive crises, improve their way of life and to become self-sufficient. Services include providing food, clothing, assistance with rent, transportation, prescriptions, and utilities. Services are provided to people based on need.
