Another day, another picture of Justin Bieber not wearing a shirt. This time, it’s a wax figure of Bieber that’s shirtless. To celebrate Bieber’s 22nd birthday this week (Tuesday, March 1), Madam Tussauds in Las Vegas debuted a tattooed and chiseled Bieber wax figure. I have a feeling many inappropriate pictures will be taken with this particular wax figure. After all… it is in Vegas!
